![]() ![]() It's taken it's toll and it definitely shows that Prime's trust in humanity has seemingly crumbled. We've gone through three movies now where the Humans violate the Transformers' trust and takes their acts of defense for granted. I couldn't imagine Optimus taking that much damage and not being at least slightly shaken by what he had seen before. While yes, it wasn't too "Optimus Prime, one at peace with and savior of the galaxy", it made a decent amount of sense. He at least hurt him bad enough to render him practically dead or unconscious to the point that even while gravely injured he freaks out enough upon being resuscitated and starts to threaten Cade, Tessa, and Lucas. ![]() Hence, that distress beacon telling the other hiding autobot to cut off human contact due to Prime basically walking or riding into an ambush orchestrated by humans to allow Lockdown to kill him, which he almost successfully did. He knew that the humans were working with the Decepticons and effectively hunting them down. The humans were basically the distraction Lockdown needed to fire one of those big as sniper rifle missiles from is face without fail. But the ones after him were the humans in tandem with a Deception. ![]()
